At Bloc Tribe, we are committed to delivering excellent customer service and handling all returns professionally.
Wrong Item Dispatched
If we have sent the wrong item, you may return it within 30 days of ordering for a full refund (including postage and packaging) or an exchange. Bloc Tribe will also cover the return shipping cost. Please ensure the product is returned using the most affordable shipping method and retain proof of postage.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind within 30 days of ordering and no longer want the product, you can return it for a full refund. However, Bloc Tribe will not cover return shipping costs. The returned products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Damaged Product(s)
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of ordering. Provide photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging it was delivered in. You may return the product(s) for a full refund (including postage and packaging) or an exchange. Bloc Tribe will also cover the return shipping cost. Please use the most affordable shipping method and retain proof of postage.
Returns Procedure
To return a product, follow these simple steps:
- Contact us at info@bloc-tribe.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure the product(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Include the original receipt with your return.
- Once the returned goods have been inspected, the appropriate refund or exchange will be processed.
Undelivered Product(s)
If your order has not been received, you must report it to Bloc Tribe within 30 days of ordering to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
If the product(s) are returned to Bloc Tribe due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from a local postal service, or non-payment of VAT or import duties, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee.
