Introduction
Bloc Tribe is a company registered in Greece and trades internationally. Your agreement is with Bloc Tribe, and this document constitutes the user agreement governing your use of this website and the purchase of services and products we provide. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Shipping Policy
All products are dispatched from our warehouse in Greece within 2 working days (usually within 24 hours). Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- For Greece: Shipping within Greece is free of charge. Orders up to 2 books are shipped via ELTA tracked Economy service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For shipping costs of 3 books or more a different service/courier may be used.
- For International Orders: Shipments are sent via Economy service and is estimated before checkout. The final delivery is completed by the national postal service of the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated by weight. For international orders of 3 books or more please contact us via email.
VAT (Tax) and Import Duty

For orders shipped within the European Union:
The final price of the book includes VAT at the local rate in Greece, which is 6% for books. For orders within the EU, no additional import duties or VAT are required under EU regulations. -
For customers outside the EU:
The customer is responsible for covering any applicable VAT or import fees at the time of delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's regulations based on the declared value of your order. If these fees are not paid, the order may be returned. Bloc Tribe is not responsible for any additional VAT or import fees imposed by individual countries outside the EU.
Will I have to pay taxes and customs fees?
Where applicable, customs fees and taxes are fully borne by the customer. In fact, such charges may apply when products enter the destination country. In this case, Bloc Tribe is not responsible for paying taxes, which may amount to up to 50% of the total order value. For shipments within the European Community, customs fees are never required, as the customs union between member countries is in effect. For UK & international orders, we encourage the customers to first check with your local authorities.
Payment
Orders must be placed through our website using a credit or debit card. For security reasons, do not email card details. Bloc Tribe is not responsible for the security of payment details provided outside the website.
Card Security
We use secure third-party payment processors, including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay to handle all payment transactions. Card details are processed exclusively by these providers and are not stored by Bloc Tribe.
Stock Control Policy
All items displayed in our online shop are held in stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 14 days (usually within 48 hours) and inform you of the expected dispatch date. If we cannot supply the product, a full refund will be issued.
Wrong Item Dispatched
If you receive an incorrect item, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (including shipping costs) or an exchange. We will cover the return shipping cost if returned via the most economical method with proof of postage.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may return the unused product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Damaged Products
If products arrive damaged, contact us within 30 days, providing photos of the damage and packaging. Damaged items can be returned for a full refund or exchange, and we will cover return shipping costs.
Returns Procedure
To return a product:

- Return the product within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, with the receipt.
- Refunds will be issued upon inspection of returned goods.
Undelivered Products
If an order is not received within 30 days of dispatch, contact us for a replacement or refund. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, uncollected packages, or non-payment of import duties will be refunded minus the original shipping fee.
